So we just got our new features up and running. It’s less new features than simplification of what was already there. First big news: In the English language, tags are automatic. Dekks will classify your notes for you. We will be adjusting this overtime, but from our early testing, the results look great. Users in other languages will have to continue tagging manually their posts. Now the Card is front and center! We listened to the criticisms over the Card concept and have reduced the interface to the minimum necessary. You will notice that on the Pulse page, you have the area for messages, polls and tasks without needing to click anywhere. Give us your feedback on these new features, we hope you enjoy them!
Hi, we are back online with the new features. Principally, we have elimated TAGS and are using an automatic tagging system for your updates. This will make the classification of items transparent. The suggestion of users is easier and the interface for creating Cards has been greatly simplified.
Just an update on our update. Right now the servers are showing an error. We have all hands on fixing this. Should be back up shortly. Our apologies for any disruption this may be causing.
This article sums up what we are shooting for with Dekks. By coincidence, the title of the article is our tagline “Who Knows What?”. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970203946904574302032097910314.html#printMode
OK we’re backup. Looks like there was a brain fart at Heroku. We’ll get more details for you ASAP.
Hi folks, our servers are down due to a glitch in uploading the latest version. Please bear with us as we correct this. I will keep you updated as we progress
So now down to business. Business users, we have a long list of features to build in. What are you looking for in dekks? LDAP integration? Inside the firewall installation? Integration API? Workflow? Let us hear from you…
OK, so DEMO is done. Great show. I learned alot about what people are looking for. I did think that the focus was waaay more consumer than anything else. A company showed an iPhone app for doing a background check on your date, and see what their net worth is. Looks like dating has reached the nth level of crassness…”Thank you technology”.
